The Perfect Creamy and Buttery Scrambled Eggs.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Parsley (For Decoration)

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the pan and add the butter.
  3. After the butter starts to bubble pour the eggs in the pan.
  4. Stir them using a wooden spoon or spatula and bring all the mixture from the sides of the pan
  5. Your eggs are ready when they are Silky and slightly runny. You can cook them further if you want them to be hard cooked.
  6. Take the scrambled eggs in a plate and sprinkle some finep chopped parsley.
