Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Parsley (For Decoration)
Recipe
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the pan and add the butter.
- After the butter starts to bubble pour the eggs in the pan.
- Stir them using a wooden spoon or spatula and bring all the mixture from the sides of the pan
- Your eggs are ready when they are Silky and slightly runny. You can cook them further if you want them to be hard cooked.
- Take the scrambled eggs in a plate and sprinkle some finep chopped parsley.
